Terms of service

These terms govern the supply of handover gift sets by Dealer Print Co ("we", "us") to a car dealership ("you", "the dealership"). Placing an order or submitting a customer photograph constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Customer consent
You are responsible for obtaining the vehicle buyer's informed consent before submitting their photograph to us. By submitting a photograph, you warrant that consent has been obtained and that the buyer has been informed of the intended use — the production of a 3D-printed figure supplied as part of the handover gift. We rely on this warranty and accept no liability for a failure by the dealership to secure that consent.
2. Standard turnaround
Standard production turnaround is 7–10 working days from our receipt of a usable customer photograph and confirmed order, plus shipping to the dealership. Turnaround excludes delays caused by public holidays, courier service disruptions, or requests for revisions.
3. Rush orders
Rush production for specific handover dates is available subject to studio capacity and a rush production fee, agreed in writing before the order is accepted.
4. Unusable photographs
If a submitted photograph is unusable — for example, if the buyer's face is blurred, obscured, cropped, or the lighting prevents a recognisable likeness — we will notify the dealership and request a replacement photograph. Production of the affected order does not begin until a usable photograph is received, and turnaround is measured from the date of that usable photograph.
5. Likeness and approvals
The finished figure is a stylised 3D-printed likeness, not a portrait. Where a proof stage is agreed for a particular order, the dealership is responsible for approving the proof within the agreed window; production continues on the basis of the approved proof.
6. Model car matching
We pair the figure with an off-the-shelf model car matched on body style and, where possible, colour. Exact make/model/trim matching is not part of the standard offer.
7. Volume and recurring arrangements
Volume pricing, monthly commitments, packaging artwork, turnaround SLAs and payment terms for dealerships running this as an ongoing part of their handover process are agreed under a separate signed supply agreement between Dealer Print Co and the dealership. No such arrangement is created through this website.
8. Payment and delivery
Unless a signed supply agreement provides otherwise, orders are payable in advance of production. Risk in the goods passes to the dealership on collection by the nominated courier.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
